Refunds and Cancellation
Last updated: October 18, 2026
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains how to cancel a plan and when we give refunds. It is part of our Terms of Service. Free accounts are never charged.
The short version

| Teacher plan $149 per year, plus $79 per year for each additional class | Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and it does not renew. | Full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. For a class you add later, 14 days from the day you add it. After that, no refund for the rest of the year. |

How to cancel
- Sign in at app.getuptest.com and open the Premium page (the Teacher plan page, for teachers).
- Press Manage billing and receipts. This opens a secure page run by Stripe.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
Unless you ask us to end your plan right away, it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Please cancel at least a day before your renewal date so there is time for it to take effect. If you cannot cancel online, email support@getuptest.com from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@getuptest.com from the address on your account. Tell us which plan you bought and roughly when. We will answer within a few business days. You do not need to give a reason, though we would like to hear how we can improve.
- Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. After we issue one, your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- When a plan is refunded, access to that plan ends.
Mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled in time, or charged the wrong amount, tell us. We will fix it and refund the difference in full, whenever it happened.
Teacher plans: adding and removing classes
- When you add a class, you are charged right away for the rest of your plan year. If your card cannot be charged, the class is not added and you are not charged.
- When you remove a class, you get a credit toward your next bill. We do not refund the unused time in cash, except within 14 days of adding the class.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may try again over several days. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. If the payment still fails, the plan ends. You can start a new plan whenever you like.
If UpTest! ends
If we end the whole Service while you have a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first. We can usually fix a problem faster than a bank dispute can.
